I’m a Clinical Therapist and Elderberry Syrup Crafter. My experience in the field of Mental Illness led me to advocacy around holistic approaches as the only source for true physical, mental and spiritual healing.
While working in prisons and jails with people suffering from chronic, severe and persistent physical and mental illness, I began noticing the lack of systematic consideration around getting to the root of disease rather than masking symptoms.
