We guarantee healthy plants on arrival. If they’re significantly damaged or die within 14 days of arrival, we’ll replace them—no questions asked. Send photos to hello@rooted.nyc and we’ll get you sorted.
These days we’re continuing to focus on our online store to ship you beautiful, healthy houseplants straight from our partner nurseries to your door. It’s been a wild journey, but we’re only getting started. We’ll probably make some mistakes along the way, but we’ll apologize profusely, learn from them, and do better.
