Professional Management Solutions is executive recruitment, staffing, and human resource consulting firm to help career seekers understand their motivations, drivers, dreams, and also insecurities. I focus on women, minority, and disadvantaged community as well. If they start their own business, I will list it and support them too here, on the MWBE and BIPOC business directory.
I do this while creating a productive workforce and ultimately saving companies thousands by reducing turnover and minimizing cost per hire. We address the importance of understanding that both employees and employers are real people. I operate my business at a physical location and virtual to help all career seekers. I decided back in 2017 while working temporarily in a manufacturing company that I would start this business to give everyone a chance at improving their lives.
Coretta’s story
As a minority female, it has been difficult to obtain a career that pays good wages. After going to college and obtaining higher degrees it still became difficult to obtain a meaningful career with benefits and proper wages. So, I created an organization that would bridge the gap for women to be able to obtain careers and wages to benefit themselves and their families. Seeing others succeed and reach their goals is what motivates me.
My passion for solving problems and educating others is what drives my passion for my business. Finding a passion is great, having a purpose is even greater; once my passion met my purpose Professional Management Solution was birthed to help other women do the exact same.
