The gender pay gap exists & data says it’ll take 100+ years to change. We’re not prepared to wait that long – we started PepTalkHer to take action and galvanize change NOW.
Join us to increase women in executive positions, strengthen the talent pipeline, and achieve gender diversity in leadership.
I founded PepTalkHer after my own experience of pay inequality at work. I’ve personally coached women to receive raises as small as an extra $5 an hour (it added up to bed $10k over the year) all the way up to 6 figure raises. I built the PepTalkHer app to help scale this impact. We hope one day to be out of business, when the gender pay gap doesn’t exist.
Now, that could take some time, but while we wait, we’re inspired daily by the results we see every day with our audience of 60,000 + professionals getting raises, promotions & finding financial security. We also help women businesses get the funding they need to start or grow a company. Find free grants for women start up businesses.

I’ve had the privilege to interview more than 5000 people during my career as a journalist for networks like the BBC World, Dateline, CNBC & Channel 7. From terrorists to transformational leaders, I’ve sat down with Global CEOs including KPMG’s Lynne Doughtie, activists like Blair Imani & Christy Turlington as well as Julia Gillard, Hugh Jackman & Brad Pitt.
These days, I speak & write about gender & diversity globally as the founder of PepTalkHer – a tech company on a mission to close the pay gap.
