We are Kiddas Sweets. Our motto is “Ain’t nothing wrong with a little bit of chocolate “. This is because each one of our products has a hint of chocolate in every bite (even if you don’t know it’s in there). We are an online bakery, chocolatier, and cafe. There are many other options out there for online food from women and minorities too – food, meals, desert of all types. Find other online food stores owned by women or minorities.

s of right now, you can find us online and in Fuel City located in Mesquite, TX. As we expand, we are moving to offer local delivery as well as shipping nationwide. This business began out of what most would call a tragedy and has quickly become our biggest blessing. It was definitely a fight to get this far and we hope to serve our customers for years to come.

We are meticulous about using the freshest and most authentic ingredients while using old-fashioned techniques to ensure the highest quality. Every product contains at least a touch of chocolate to give it a one of a kind flavor. Our goal is to make every one of our products feel like your home away from home.

Chrystal’s story
In 2018 my husband fell sick with an unexplained illness. He went from being a man standing 6’5 and 250 pounds to weighing 155 pounds. This lasted into 2019. We thought we were going to lose him. Because of his condition, he could no longer work and I was still recuperating from having my second daughter and extremely hard pregnancy. But I had to do something to make sure my family survived. I started selling chocolate-covered strawberries just to make sure we had a roof over our heads. An impossible situation quickly turned into an opportunity as Kiddas was established. I had dreamed of Kiddas all the way back in 2014 but in 2019 it began in the midst of one of the hardest moments in my life. After we moved to Texas at the beginning of 2020 we had no idea what was going to happen next. Dreams of expanding our business were halted as the pandemic hit all of us hard. My husband, who had finally gained enough strength to return to work soon found himself jobless, and finances were again strained. Like many around the country we were in danger of homelessness and even worse, death, as the pandemic hit very close to home. We continued to fight and have pushed to get our products to our customers as we have grown by leaps and bounds. So quickly in fact that we are in need of help to expand our business as I continue my dream of entrepreneurship. A dream that began with simply fighting for my family.
