Integrity Underground is a site development and underground utility company working in both the private and public sectors. Based out of Apopka Florida, we are mobile throughout the state. If the work is in Florida, we are willing to take it on.
The company was started using grants and interest free loans in Florida, both from the government and non-profits. The company wants to lead the underground construction industry into a new era of construction where employees, employers, vendors and clients operate as partners to share profit and deliver quality products in an environment of honesty and respect. Katherine’s story
When I first entered the world of construction, I was excited to be doing something outside the accepted roles for women in the workplace. I managed large and small projects but realized this industry is not adapting to the changing workforce. High turnover, poor treatment of employees, and a lack of ethics permeated the market.
This inspired me to create Integrity Underground and dedicate it to creating an environment that values employees, vendors, and clients. This market is ready for a change and I want to help lead that change. The construction world is rough and hard and that is all the more reason to treat people with respect, honor, and integrity at all levels.
