My business is a women’s clothing and accessory boutique. We specialize in handmade ethnic accessories as well as outerwear, maxi and midi skirts, and other clothing items. We import some of our accessories from Ghana and Kenya, supporting local artisans.

We have a brick-and-mortar location in the historic Pittsburgh Yards, Atlanta as well as online, on Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok. In addition, we also vend at pop-up shops and host events at Pittsburgh Yards, inviting the community, clients, and other businesses. Now that I have a physical location, I have a home for my business where clients make appointments to shop and buy more than they normally would at a pop-up and they learn about Pittsburgh Yards. I now have clients who live in the Pittsburgh neighborhood and surrounding areas and are thrilled they are able to shop locally in their community. I started the business in 2014. Began as a thrifting hobby and then evolved.

Frugal Chics Roc began when I realized my thrifting hobby could help women who didn’t have time to scout out unique pieces but wanted to look great on a budget. Today, Frugal Chics Roc is a women’s boutique located in SW Atlanta and has evolved into a mix of thrift, new and Afrocentric statement pieces. My style influence includes my Caribbean and British heritage, growing up in the vibrant culture of New York City, and my 20 plus years in corporate America.
