We promote the gastronomic biodiversity of Colombia, introducing its flavors, colors, and typical aromas through our varied menu based on our cultural and regional traditions. Our cuisine is prepared with traditional culinary techniques, authentic ingredients that preserve our Creole season, offering new experiences to our customers, we have gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options offered with the flavor that characterizes us.
My business is located in San Francisco, where I realized that very little Colombian food is sold. Throughout my career in the US, I learned cooking techniques, worked in Latino restaurants in the city and learned customer service, it was there when I felt ready to undertake my knowledge, skills, and business opportunities.
