We support the development of small businesses, with the emphasis on women and minority-owned businesses. We offer a number of services with business strategy and planning, preparation for financing, and government contracting. We offer these services in training classes and one-on-one consulting. We are located in Columbus, OH, and have provided most services virtually as well. I started this business at the beginning of January 2019 after the small business development corporation where I worked closed down. The clients of that corporation sought me out after closing and it was a natural fit to continue my work through a new company.

Aventi Enterprises, LLC offers consulting, coaching and training for emerging CEOs and leaders of non-profits. Aventi focuses its efforts on the development of women and minority-owned businesses and entrepreneurial support organizations by way of community partnerships and online education. Through an extensive network, Aventi helps organizations build capacity and gain access to the resources and opportunities needed to build a profitable and sustainable enterprise.
Ever since I was in high school, I knew I wanted to own a business to help others do what they do best. Fast forward (some years) and I am doing exactly what I said I would do. I am motivated by the growth of others and watching their dreams come to fruition. It not only makes them a better person but I watch their families flourish by them living a life doing what they love.
