When Aidan was just eight years old, we created his company. The Aidan Eslinger Company is the parent company of Aidan Eslinger Productions, Arthur’s Town Publishing, and AEcommunity.
Aidan Eslinger Productions (AEP) distributes original content such as stage plays, short films, and web series. We also provide freelance video production services.
Arthur’s Town Publishing was created to help other authors through the self-publishing process. Many authors have amazing stories to share with the world. However, the cost to publish is not something they can afford, so self-publishing is a better alternative. We provide the guidance and resources to assist them through the self-publishing process. Lastly, AEcommunity is a non-profit organization that takes a percentage of all proceeds from its affiliated companies to give back to the community in many different ways, mostly education. Running this business with my son has been a challenge and a blessing. Together we have created a platform that affords the opportunity to entertain and inspire! We visit schools, churches, and organizations to encourage children to embrace, reading, writing, and creativity.
Creativity has always been a favored pastime for my son Aidan, and me. Aidan developed a love for entertainment at a very young age. Books, movies, plays, you name it, Aidan wanted to do it. Before Aidan could write, he was creating books. He would tell me the story as I typed the words for him. He would take empty cereal boxes and glue pictures on the cover and the pages to create his book. From there, we began to publish his stories and share them with our family and friends. As early as kindergarten, Aidan was creating puppet shows. His father would assemble a puppet theater out of a box, and Aidan would perform a puppet show for his friends. In 2014, when Aidan was only eight years old, Aidan wrote and directed his first stage play at our home church. Later he wrote and directed three additional stage plays bringing in audiences of 500+.
Aidan Eslinger is a young writer, playwright, filmmaker, producer, and director. He has been writing professionally since he was 8 years old. In December of 2014 He produced his 1st stage play Steve Comes Home. In March of 2016 he wrote, directed, and produced Grandma’s Easter. This play had two productions, one in Little Rock, AR and the second in West Memphis, AR. Then in 2017 Aidan self-published his first children’s book “The Colorful Sky”. He organized and completed a Kickstarter Campaign to garner the funds to publish!
Aidan was inspired to write and publish books because growing up; he loved reading. Reading allowed him to travel to other places and other worlds. He soon began to notice many of his friends hated reading. It was not fun or enjoyable for them. This lack of interest resulted in his friends’ lack of reading skills and educational progression. So, we decided to take matters into our own hands by writing and self-publishing books and stories with diverse characters, life lessons, and meaning.
