In my business, I offer keynote talks, executive coaching, and online coursework to help visionary leaders transform their frustrations into movements of change.
While I am physically located in Long Beach, CA, I speak, coach, and teach to audiences from around the world through my online programs.
I decided to start my company when I realized that it was no longer an option to build my career by building other people’s dreams. I had always chosen the secure path of being a high-performing employee. I realized that for me to realize my full potential and make the biggest impact was to scale my impact through my entrepreneurial journey.
At the end of the day, this is not about my journey, but rather about a vision to help 5 million visionaries around the globe to transform their frustrations into movements of change.
As a storyteller and strategist, I work with visionary leaders passionate about impact and intent on transformation.
These are the ones who are leading the organizations, movements, experiences, products, and services that change the way people live.
If this describes you, then I can help you redesign the future – whether it’s becoming the next best version of yourself, transforming your organization, or catalyzing a movement of change in society. (For me, it’s most fun when it includes all three.)
I do this by designing strategies for transformation – those that have the power to change how you envision, lead, and communicate. I always take a people-led, purpose-driven, and vision-focused approach – thinking holistically and empathetically.
Visionaries who work with me feel that their frustrations are heard and understood, are equipped to communicate a focused vision, and are armed with a roadmap to lead change that makes an impact.
My life mission became clear several years ago when I realized that I am most passionate about helping frustrated visionaries transform their frustrations into movements of change. For me, this is important because I too am a frustrated visionary.
However, it didn’t become clear that I was going to have to undergo this same transformation until I was laid off from a job at which I thought I was going to soon lead as the new CEO.
This life-changing event led me to undergo my own journey of self-transformation. From my own battle scars, I developed a 6-part framework to help my fellow frustrated visionaries to develop self-awareness and improve in the ways they communicate, collaborate, and create culture.
This work has led me to write a book and create a 6-month coaching program that will launch in the next several months. This work will help to create the website and the marketing campaign to get the word out to folks from around the world.
