K-Apostrophe is Artful Decor Made for Artful Living.
LA-based mixed media artist K’era Morgan’s brand K-Apostophe sells original artwork, prints, blankets, pillows, “and anything else I can think of.”
Home accessories conceived by an artist and created in collaboration with skilled craftspeople in the U.S. using the highest quality of natural and ethically sourced materials. Casual, comfortable and affordable, each textile item is made to order, not (massed produced) just for you by loving hands. All original art is just that, unique pieces of work, signed, dated and available for purchase framed or unframed.
Having previously launched a photography based textile company with a fellow designer using government financial aid for black, women owned startups, K-Apostrophe is a manifestation of K’era’s desire to “return to the art of creating by hand without the aid of digital and hi-tech tools.” Once again, they have used funds, counseling, grants and other resources in California.
